Another Deerless Year
I have gone another year without getting a deer. I have gone the last five years without claiming a deer as my own. I am not an avid hunter but I do enjoy it. For the last five years, I have skipped school, gotten up even earlier than usual, and froze myself to the bone just to get the chance to bring home a deer. I wasn't even picky either. As long as it was bigger than 90-100 lbs. I didn't care if it was a buck or a doe, all I wanted was a deer. In years past, I have only gone out on opening day and maybe one other day for the last four years, but this year I was determined. This would be my last year to go before I went off to college. So of course, I went out opening day. I didn't even see a thing. I was a little frustrated but I was still ok because I still had the rest off the year to try to get myself a deer. But as you can guess, that didn't happen! I went out during firearms season, muzzleloader season. and even extended doe season. I ended up with nothing. But I still give God the glory for even letting me be able to go out and enjoy his beautiful creation!

The Soldiers Of The Future
Now these are the soldiers of the future. We should send an army of these deadly rodents to Iraq. The Al Queda would never see it coming. These militaristic gophers, are armed and dangerous. They have a license to kill. Stay out of there way. Osama, they're comin for YOU!!!
